Start by telling me a little about your business, what you’re looking for and what you’d ideally love the finished result to feel like. If you already have a clear vision, amazing — send it through. If you have absolutely no idea where to start, that’s completely fine too. I’ll help guide the direction.02 — Secure Your Booking
Once we’ve confirmed the right package for your project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your booking and secure your place in my schedule.03 — Design
This is where everything starts coming together. I’ll take everything we’ve discussed and begin designing your project, keeping your business, goals and overall direction at the centre of it.04 — Review + Refine
Your designs will be presented to you for review. You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback and request revisions if needed, so we can refine everything until it feels right.05 — Finalise
Once your project is approved, I’ll prepare everything for final delivery. The remaining 50% balance is due before any final files, completed website or project assets are handed over. -

Stores with more than 20 products will receive a tailored add-on quote based on the number of additional listings and the complexity of the products.

Need a little more room?
Website packages include a set number of pages, but additional pages can be added where your business requires more space.
Additional pages — $50 each
A page is any separate page that opens through its own menu link, navigation link or button.
For example, if your Services page introduces a treatment and a visitor clicks through to a completely separate page with more information about that treatment, that dedicated treatment page counts as an additional page once your included pages have been used.
Adding another section to an existing page does not automatically count as an additional page.
Additional fees may still apply where substantial custom design, content entry or functionality is required outside the original project scope.

Hosting, domains + platform fees
The Visual Standard is not responsible for hosting your website.
Website hosting, platform subscriptions, domain registration, premium themes and third-party app fees are separate from the website design service and are paid directly by the client.
Website content
Website copy, business information, product details and images must be supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed before the project begins.
SEO
Basic SEO setup is included with website packages.
My website services focus on the visual design, user experience and functionality of your website. Ongoing SEO services, Google rankings, search performance and organic search results are not included or guaranteed unless otherwise specified.

Some clients come to me with a very clear vision and others only know that their current branding no longer feels right.
When you enquire, share as much as you can about your business, your goals, what you’re drawn to and anything you definitely don’t want. I’ll use that as the starting point for the creative direction.

Revision rounds depend on the package you choose.
The Elevation includes two revision rounds, while The Visual Standard and The Complete Brand Experience include three.
Website refinements are completed during the active design process based on the agreed project scope.
Any additional changes outside the included revisions or after final approval may incur an additional fee.
